Vholder Kayak Shoot

A week or two ago i assisted Ian Coble on a kayak shoot for Vholdr ( a pov camera company).

We drove south of Seattle to Cougar Washington, a tiny town that really only has a police station and a gas station. From Cougar we drove another 2 hours (what felt like 5 ) up Lewis river. Once we reached the falls we met up with out kayakers Lizzy English and Adam Craig.

Since there was so much water they were not able to ride all of the falls we wanted to, but we were able to hit Middle Falls and Taitnapum Falls.

We got great weather and even better shots! the only one down side would be the nikon d300s frying on us becasue we used video mode to much. We were planning on making a sweet behind the scenes video but that didnt work out due to the card being corrupted. :(

some shots we used rigging that consisted of a boom, remote trigger and me holding ians shirt so he does not fall to his quick wet death lol
